Summary: My First Labour Internship

Since I used to work in HUAWEI Greece for 2 months in my first Labour Internship, thus I have a general knowledge about telecommunication industry and this really helps me to get this internship opportunity. I was happy that I could help to share my colleagues’ working pressure and working load in this internship. I was the youngest person as all my colleagues were above 30 years old, Mr. Pan told me a young girl’s coming actually brought fresh air to this company. My language and intercultural skills are my key advantages and asset in this company because only two people in the company can speak Chinese, English and German language. a bread pretzel, weisswurst sausage and honey mustard.  Some Chinese colleagues come to German for business trip and every weekend they took me to travel around Munich, Königssee and Austrian frontier. I spoke a bit German and I could guide them travel in Germany as well as talked about some business affairs and working issues between the Shanghai Feixun Headquarter and Phicomm Europe GmbH.  I was friendly, open minded and communicative. I think I have played a big role to make both German and Chinese colleagues work well on the project.  I have taken all my working duties seriously and finished them earlier that the deadline. And the quality of my duties was praised by my director. The most important was I have never made a big mistake in my work.  I successfully finish my first business trip! My hotel! The more first try I have passed, the more confident mind I would be.  I become more forgivable and communicative after being middle-communicator between the Shanghai Headquarter and German side. I understand and believe that everyone takes their task seriously and no one is mean to be rude to their colleagues. However the difference between each person’s working style, attitude, thinking way, personality and habit actually lead to many misunderstandings and conflicts between people particularly in workplace, because everyone cares about their own interest. I would rather listen to their explanations and reasons why they do that, than becoming mad at them or starting to complain.  I realize that workplace is a place to exchange ability and value between workmates. There is no either pure friendship or absolute enemy, but interest. Know how to protect yourself---speak less and listen more; try to hide your attitudes towards to your teammate or some working issues. This is a good way to avoid being drift into office
