There are many definitions of value perception, but there are three main definitions that will be discussed in this section from Soutar and Sweeny (2008), Zeithmal (1998), McDougall & Levesque (2000). The definition of perceived value according to Soutar and Sweeny (2008) is derived from the perception of costs charged to consumers to buy a product compared with the benefits or usefulness derived from the product. Consumers perceive the value of a product through the quality obtained from a product, and the fairness of the price set so that consumers benefit more than the money has been paid.

Morality is a set of values held by a person in making when judging and evaluating what is deemed right or wrong, good or bad (Brandt, 1959). When we talk about morality in counseling it’s about the reasoning by the counselor that has four levels. They are, personal intuition, ethical guidelines established by professional organizations, ethical principles and general theories of moral action (Kitchener, 1984). Ethics is described as adopted principles that has relations to man’s behavior and moral decision making (Van Hoose & Kottler, 1985). Ethics is often thought as a synonym to morality.
One of the hardest fought for attributes of a brand is knowing that customers consider that the brand has value. We learned in our lesson that perceived value is a key attribute towards selling a brand. Writing a value proposition and keeping it current could help these business leaders to determine and clarify the unique characteristics their business will need to identify to better market their brand. In this paper, I desire to convey what a value proposition is and how it can help leaders chart a successful course through changing times.
Before delving into the actual meaning of value and its influence, one must understand the difference between real and nominal commodities. Nominal value is a reflection on the rate at which a currency can obtain a certain good, whereas real value focuses on the most precise measurement and estimation of labor and its commodities. In essence, real value is a direct correlation to the amount of input, or labor, that one has exerted in the production of his good or service. While the individual cannot solely determine his nominal value at any given time, he can calculate the real value of
(Jacoby, 1971; Jarvis & Wilcox, 1976). Dick and Basu (1994) propose that customer will be loyalty to the brand is the result of psychological processes and has behavioral manifestations. Therefore it should incorporate both attitudinal and behavioral. Satisfaction is recognized as an important element for loyalty in both the consumers and business marketing. Satisfaction with previous purchase experiences plays an important role in determining the future purchase behaviors particularly call as an effort-minimization strategy (Jones and Suh, 2000: Pritchard et al, 1999).
This is the comparison of the benefits offered by a company's product to its customers relative to the price it asks customers to pay. To do this, companies can influence the value proposition in one of two ways mainly. This can be done through long term brand building. They can also offer a relatively low cost to enhance value. Ultimately, the key is that customers perceive that the product's merits exceedingly justify its price.
The two ethical theories that I truly understood and agreed with were Ethical Relativism and Egoism/Egotism. Ethical Relativism refers to cultural differences throughout the world regarding values. For example, in one culture society forces females to be covered from head to toe, while another culture may not have those same expectation from females. The other ethical theory that I understood is the difference between Egoism and Egotism. Egoism is the belief that motivation for people 's actions are carried out in self-interest, while Egotism means excessive conceit or self-absorption and selfishness.
• Ethical Theories An ethical theory is a decision model .These theories depicts the viewpoints from which people seek guidance as they make decisions. Each theory highlights different points, different decision making style or a decision rule. Ethical theories are based on individual’s ethical ideology these theories allow a person to find an answer to an issue, to make a morally right decision or to justify a decision.
Definition: Intrinsic value is defined as a certain good that is worthwhile, not because it leads to the good of something else but for its own sake. The good in itself is recognised. Money for example can be a means to pleasure and some happiness but this is not evident in intrinsic value or good. Only states of consciousness can be intrinsically regarded as good. It also considers that certain beliefs or values are what they are.
What is the value of life? To me the value of life is cherishing every moment that comes to me. To make sure with every experience to take it to heart and learn some kind of lesson out of it. life is like a mountain, at certain points throughout the climb it is going to be really tough mentally and emotionally. Other times it’s going to be so easy fun and smoothe until… one hits that bump in the road again.
Customers will be a loyal customer if their opinions and needs are met by a company. I believe this is the most important building block. I have worked as a manager of a retail card and gift store in Wantagh for the past five years. Throughout my five years, I take great pride in the customers that shop with us. If there is something that I can do to help my customers or order them a certain product, I don’t hesitate.
The two important values that I have learnt are the independence and the respect. I learnt these two values since my childhood. One of the values is the independence. Independence means that you can support yourself without owning or depending on yourself concerned with livelihood or studying. You can make decision of your life without being controlled by the others.
