It is found promoting the research of the Division of Educational Research of the Department of Education, the Ministry of Education (2000) has mentioned about the problems of learning English language in Thailand that Thai students have been studying English for several years, but they cannot use it well in their communication with foreigners or foreign friends, both in listening and expression of verbal speeches.
